Struck at the Philadelphia Mint. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint with the Lowest 2017 Mintage. Graded perfect 70 by NGC with certification number 4868977-019. Hand signed by the U. Mint 12th Chief Engraver John M. John Mercanti is the designer of the heraldic eagle on the reverse side. His initials "JM" are on the reverse side below the left talon with arrows. This is a gorgeous Philadelphia Silver Eagle without any spots or toning.

The plastic holder looks great and it's in excellent condition. A must for every serious American Silver Eagle coin collector. Great for investment and a rare addition to your collection.
