NGC has placed the #1748 of 2005 on each coin slab label from 1986 to 2005. Description of coins in set # 1. The coins:1990, 1991, 1992,1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2003, 2005 have milky spot(s) when examined under magnifying light. The milky spots does not take away from the beauty or the value of these coins.

The 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2001, 2004 coins did not have any noticeable milky spots unless I did not see it. Set # 2:12 coins - MS69 NGC coins from 2006 to 2017 in NGC slightly used Box. The 12 coins from 2006 - 2017 are not considered part of 20th Anniversary Collection.

The 2009 coin has milky spot(s). The 2007, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 year coins are Early Releases - No milky spots. The 2012 year coin is First Releases from San Francisco Mint - No milky spots.
